We offer standard shipping with delivery times ranging from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.
How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Once processed, they are dispatched for delivery, with arrival times between 1 to 5 business days.
Can I track my package? How can I obtain the tracking information?
Yes, you can track your package. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the European Union. For shipping outside the EU, please contact our customer service for more information.
What should I do if my package is delayed or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe?
If your package is delayed or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please consider the following scenarios:
If you have received a tracking number: Please contact DPD at podpora@dpd.si and include info@hairfollica.com in the correspondence so we can assist and have context.
If you have not received a tracking number: Please contact us directly at info@hairfollica.com, and we will investigate the issue promptly.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, you can request a change to the shipping address after placing an order. The process depends on the status of your order:
If you have not received a tracking number: Please contact us as soon as possible at info@hairfollica.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
If you have received a tracking number: You will receive an email from DPD a day before delivery, which allows you to redirect the package. Additionally, you can use DPD's myDPD app or the Follow My Parcel service to change the delivery address or date. Please note that redirecting the shipment to another address or Pickup parcelshop may extend the delivery time by one or two working days.
How do you ensure the privacy and discretion of the packages?
We prioritize your privacy and ensure that all packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging without any external markings or labels indicating the contents.
Can I have my package delivered to a parcel locker or pick-up point?
Yes, but currently, we do not offer the option to select a parcel locker or pick-up point as the initial delivery address during the checkout process. However, if your order has already been dispatched, you can redirect it to a parcel locker or pick-up point through DPD's services.
How to Redirect Your Package:
Using DPD's Services:
Predict Notification: On the day of delivery, DPD will send you a Predict notification with the estimated delivery time. This notification allows you to manage your delivery preferences.
myDPD App: You can use the myDPD app to redirect your parcel to a DPD Pickup parcel locker or another preferred location. The app offers flexibility in managing your deliveries, including changing the delivery address or selecting a nearby Pickup point.
Follow My Parcel: Alternatively, enter your parcel number in the Follow My Parcel portal to choose when and where you want DPD to deliver your parcel. Please note that redirecting the shipment to another address or Pickup parcelshop may extend the delivery time by one or two working days.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €75 within the European Union.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
