Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@hairfollica.com with:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
